Marcia Aldrich is the author of Companion to an Untold Story, winner of the 2011 AWP Award Series for Creative Nonfiction; and Girlrearing: Memoir of Girlhood Gone Astray. A professor of creative writing at Michigan State University, Aldrich is editor of the forthcoming anthology, Waveform: Twenty-first Century Essays by Women, and a former editor of the literary journal, Fourth Genre: Explorations in Nonfiction.
