Chicago is one of the major theatre capitals in the U.S. – birthplace of storefront theater and improv comedy, and home to more world premieres than any other city in the country. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities for students to hone professional skills, create connections, and build confidence in one of the nation’s most artistic and diverse cities.

While in Chicago, students will spend their time attending performances and participating in workshops at places like The Second City, networking with industry professionals, connecting with alumni and friends of the College, and getting a sense of the place and culture of Chicago.

Students will engage with people working in a variety of fields, get a behind-the-scenes look at organizations, explore various professions, tour facilities, network with industry professionals, and discover the city of Chicago.

Application Deadline:  December 1, 2019
