Midwest Design Week: A Virtual Design Conference @ Online
Sep 21 @ 9:00 am – Sep 25 @ 5:00 pm
Midwest Design Week: A Virtual Design Conference @ Online

About this Event

Midwest Design Week (MWDW) aims to celebrate the power of design and diversity with five days of inclusive and engaging virtual events, not just for Midwesterners, but for anyone with a passion for leveraging design for good. MWDW is a collaborative effort, presented by 4 regional chapters of AIGA: Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Toledo.

This year’s theme is Culture. Our world is shaped by culture in its many forms—customary beliefs, shared values, learned behavior, and traditions, to name a few. The culmination of our cultures creates a uniquely diverse experience, which is why for our first-ever virtual design week, we are bringing together the many colorful voices of our communities across our cities so they can share their stories, perspectives, and inspirational body of work.

What comes with this ticket? (free for students)

This Full-Access Weekly Ticket grants you access to ALL Midwest Design Week events. Additionally, you gain admittance to the Midwest Design Week Slack channel, where you’ll be able to access the events and network with designers across the country. After you register for this event, you will receive a confirmation email with details about how to access all events through our Slack channel.

The Weekly Event Line-up

From speakers to workshops, we have a series of events celebrating design and creativity — highlighting our local communities and the diversity within them. View the full schedule here.
