Junior and Senior XA and PW majors are invited to attend the Day of Professionalization on Friday, January 27th. The event, which takes place in the Technology Innovation Center on Grand River (above Jackson Zone), is meant to help our students learn topics such as networking, interviewing, resumes, and negotiating salaries. Workshops begin at 9am, and continue until lunch. At lunch, students will break up into small groups to eat and talk with professionals from various organizations in Mid-Michigan. This is a valuable experience for those students who attend.
This workshop will provide graduate students with information. All graduate students are encouraged to attend.
Join WRAP for a workshop on Academic Mentorship. The workshop will take place in the writing center, and snacks will be provided.
All faculty and graduate students are invited to join WRAC and WRAP to meet our potential new PhD students at Beggar’s Banquet on Friday, 2/24/17. The event, held in the private room at the restaurant, will allow current WRAC faculty and students to discuss the program with students considering attending MSU next fall. Appetizers provided, cash bar.
