* Update your profile and input your qualifying hours by December 11, 2020.
* All students who update their profiles within the app with 100 or more hours will be eligible for the award

We are aware that there are some issues with the MSU Civic Life App, particularly for iOS users. If you are unable to log your hours in the app for any reason, please download and fill out this spreadsheet https://communityengagedlearning.msu.edu/upload/documents/SVSA%20Spreadsheet.xlsx. Please email completed spreadsheets to Sophie Morin and morinsop@msu.edu.

MSU 2021 Learning Abroad Conference Webinar Series - Call for Proposals!

We are now accepting student and alumni proposals to the MSU Learning Abroad Conference Webinar Series, which will take place during spring semester 2021!

The deadline for proposals is Tuesday, December 1st.

In lieu of our traditional in-person MSU Learning Abroad Conference (LAC) that normally takes place each November, the Office for Education Abroad will be scheduling a series of webinars for spring 2021.  Similar to our normal face-to-face student panel presentations, each webinar will consist of student and alumni presentations where the presenters will showcase their education abroad experiences.

Co-sponsored by the Office for Education Abroad and the Office for International Students and Scholars, the Annual MSU Learning Abroad Conference (LAC) features presentations from students returned from international learning experiences and international students currently studying abroad here in East Lansing.  Since its inception in 2012, over 300 students have presented at the annual conference.  Domestic and International students from all academic levels—first year undergraduates to doctoral students—and a variety of academic disciplines have participated.  They have utilized the LAC as an opportunity to share their education abroad experiences with fellow students, family, friends, and the greater MSU community.  Presentations include a variety of formats such as poetry, journal entries, music compositions, video, and more.

Submit your proposal here: https://educationabroad.isp.msu.edu/alumni/learning-abroad-conference/
